Alexa Hibbert is a product management leader with expertise in healthcare technology, real-world evidence, and clinical trial innovation. She currently serves as Director of Product Management at Inato, where she drives product strategy and development to make clinical trials more inclusive and efficient for patients, sites, and sponsors.

Previously, she spent nearly five years at Flatiron Health, advancing through roles in real-world evidence product management and helping life sciences organizations generate insights from oncology data. Alexa also brings experience in project management and CRM implementation from her time at Captricity and Veeva Systems, where she worked with global life sciences clients to optimize business processes and sales effectiveness.

With a background in neurobiology research at McGill University and early contributions to neuroscience publications, Alexa combines scientific rigor with strategic product leadership to deliver impactful solutions in healthcare and life sciences.
