Amy Bucher, Ph.D., is the Chief Behavioral Officer at Lirio and author of Engaged: Designing for Behavior Change. She specializes in integrating behavioral science and motivational psychology into health and technology solutions to drive meaningful, sustained change. With leadership experience at Lirio, Mad*Pow, CVS Health, and Johnson & Johnson, Amy has spent her career designing evidence-based interventions that empower people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and an A.B. in Psychology from Harvard University.
