Amy Kratochvil, RHIT, CDIP, CCDS, is the System Director of Coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) at UChicago Medicine, where she has served in progressive leadership roles for over two decades. She oversees inpatient and outpatient coding operations as well as CDI programs, bringing expertise in health information management, coding, and documentation improvement. Amy also serves as an ACDIS Advisory Board Member (2024–2027), contributing to national leadership in the CDI field.
