Amy McCarthy, DNP, RN is the Chief Nursing Officer at Hippocratic AI and serves as President of the Texas Nurses Association. Previously, McCarthy held nursing leadership roles at Texas Health Resources, Parkland Health, and Medical City Healthcare, where she directed maternal, infant, oncology, and specialty care services. Her career reflects a commitment to advancing nursing practice, improving patient experience, and fostering innovation in healthcare delivery.

McCarthy earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from The George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
