Dolopo-Simon Analyn, BSN, MPH, CCDS, ACM, is the Director of the Clinical Documentation Improvement Program at UC San Diego Health, where she has led CDI initiatives for more than three decades. With credentials including Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist, Accredited Case Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she specializes in improving medical record accuracy to reflect patient severity of illness and risk of mortality. Her leadership has been central to advancing CDI practices, supporting hospital profiling, and strengthening quality and revenue outcomes across UCSD Health.
