Bailey Hawn, MBA is a sales and business development leader with extensive experience driving growth across healthcare and technology. He currently serves as VP of Sales at OpenLoop, where he has been instrumental in scaling the company’s nationwide clinician network and digital health partnerships—achieving 700% year-over-year revenue growth. Over his tenure, Bailey has advanced through commercial leadership roles, including Senior Director of Commercial and Director of Partnerships, where he played a key role in expanding OpenLoop’s footprint across all 42,000 U.S. zip codes.

In addition to his role at OpenLoop, Bailey is Founder and CEO of BCH Consulting, advising organizations on strategic planning, sales optimization, and growth initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles at BrainBaseline, Digital Artefacts, and Drive, Inc., as well as entrepreneurial ventures such as Hippoway and Gheko Health, where he co-developed innovative healthcare and VR solutions.

With an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a background in enterprise leadership from the University of Iowa, Bailey combines strategic vision with operational execution to build scalable businesses and long-term client success.
