Brian Pepin is the Founder and CEO of Rune Labs, a health-tech company advancing precision neurology through real-world data solutions for Parkinson’s disease and other brain disorders. Under his leadership, Rune Labs has built the largest real-world Parkinson’s dataset, empowering patients, clinicians, and pharmaceutical companies with actionable insights to improve care and accelerate smarter trials. Previously, Brian spent five years at Verily, where he helped launch bioelectronic therapies with Galvani, a joint venture with GSK, and worked on next-generation neural interfaces. Trained as an electrical engineer at the University of Washington and UC Berkeley, he brings deep expertise in neural engineering, bioelectronics, and data-driven healthcare innovation.
