Chantay Sullivan, RHIA, CDIP, MBA, is the Director of Inpatient Coding and Compliance at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. With over 15 years of healthcare experience, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles in coding, CDI, and compliance, driving improvements in DRG accuracy, quality performance metrics, and denial prevention. She holds an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University and a BS in Health Information Management from The Ohio State University.
