Denny McFadden is a designer and product leader with deep expertise at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and social impact. He currently serves as Design Director at Counsel Health, a venture-backed startup pioneering “the AI Doctor” to expand global clinical capacity. Previously, Denny was the founding product designer at Galileo Health, where he built and scaled design teams, launched consumer apps and a custom EHR, and helped grow the company to over $50M ARR.

His career includes leadership roles at Architizer, Hillary for America, and charity: water, where his design work empowered global organizations, raised hundreds of millions in donations, and impacted millions of lives worldwide. As an advisor, he has provided fractional design leadership for mission-driven organizations including the DNC, GiveDirectly, and TapTapSend.
