Dr. Brandon Colby is a medical geneticist, physician, and technologist redefining how we use the human genome to prevent disease and optimize health. He is the Founder and CEO of Sequencing.com, the world’s largest platform for whole genome sequencing and personalized health insights.

Born with a rare genetic condition, Dr. Colby’s mission began as a patient, and he’s now pioneering the field of predictive, DNA-guided care. He authored the book Outsmart Your Genes (Penguin) and has been featured by The Doctors, Good Morning America, Today, and others. 

Dr. Colby holds an MD from Mount Sinai, an MBA from Stanford, and a BA in Genetics from the University of Michigan. He is an Affiliate Member of the American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG), Associate Member of the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM), and a Member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC).
