Elizabeth Kosakowski, BS, RHIT, CCS, CTR, CCDS, is the Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Coding at Mohawk Valley Health System. With more than two decades of leadership in health information management, she oversees CDI and coding operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Elizabeth has also served as Director of Health Information Management for MVHS St. Elizabeth/FSLH and previously worked as a DRG Analyst at Laguna Medical Systems.
