Fadia Mastrovitch, MBA, BSN, RN, CLNC, CCDS, is the CDI Network Manager for the Central and Southern Regions at Hackensack Meridian Health. With more than 30 years of nursing, management, and clinical documentation experience, she has held leadership roles in CDI, HIM, and quality improvement, including as Administrative Director of HIM/CDI at Jersey City Medical Center. Her expertise spans strategic initiatives, clinical documentation, legal nurse consulting, and healthcare quality, supported by a strong background in labor and delivery, postpartum, and NICU nursing.
