Heather Lindsey is the Enterprise HIM and CDI Director at Erlanger Health System, where she oversees health information management and clinical documentation functions across five hospitals and 56 physician practices. With extensive leadership experience in HIM and coding operations, she has also served as HIM Director at Renown Health and Conifer Health Solutions, and as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Phoenix. Heather holds an MBA in Health Systems Administration from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Health Information Management from Regis University.
