Hilda Culberson, BHSA, RHIT, CCS, CDIP, is the Director of Inpatient DRG Coding, Inpatient CDI, and Procedural Coding at Henry Ford Health. With more than 20 years of experience in health information management, she has held progressive leadership roles in coding and documentation, including as Manager of Inpatient Coding and as a Coding Supervisor at Beaumont Health System. Hilda is also an AHIMA-approved ICD-10-CM/PCS trainer and has served as an adjunct instructor at Baker College.
