Jake Mazanke is a communications and marketing leader specializing in healthcare and digital health. He currently serves as Vice President of Communications at Imagine360, where he drives brand strategy, media relations, and executive visibility to support the company’s growth in value-based employer health plans.

Previously, he was VP of Communications at Homeward Health, part of the founding executive team leading the company through its $50M Series B and key health plan partnerships. Before that, he served as Global Head of Communications at Big Health, leading corporate messaging, major funding announcements, and partnerships with organizations such as the Scottish government.

Mazanke also held key communications roles at Teladoc Health and Livongo, where he helped guide Livongo’s IPO and $18.5B merger.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Journalism and Digital Storytelling from Loyola University Chicago.
