Jessica Nouhavandi, Pharm.D., is the Co-Founder of Honeybee Health, the first U.S. mail-order pharmacy to provide medication abortion. A licensed pharmacist, she launched Honeybee in 2017 to make prescription drugs more affordable and accessible, cutting out traditional middlemen. Under her leadership, the company has been recognized by TIME as one of the 100 Most Influential Companies and by Fortune as one of the Best Workplaces in Health Care & Biopharma. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Western University of Health Sciences and a B.S. in Bioethics from American Jewish University.
