Dr. Manuel Pantoja, MD, MPH, CDIP, CRCR, CCM, is the Senior Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity at Keck Medicine of USC. With extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical documentation, he oversees system-wide CDI operations across multiple hospitals, serving as a trusted subject matter expert in documentation practices. A bilingual physician and healthcare leader, Dr. Pantoja has also held leadership roles at Prime Healthcare and co-founded New Citizen Project, a nonprofit supporting refugee integration in the U.S. He holds an MPH from Columbia University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at USC Marshall School of Business.
