She currently serves as Sr. Director of Provider Success at Regard, where she oversees education delivery and support programs that help clinicians optimize the use of AI-powered software.

Previously, Marcy spent over two decades at Virtua Health in progressive leadership roles spanning informatics, instructional design, clinical transformation, project management, Six Sigma, and human resources. She has also held Epic training leadership positions at Alameda Health System and Montage Health, where she directed technology education and system adoption.
