Maryellen Osborne, BS, RHIA, CCS, CDIP, is the Enterprise Director of RCO Coding at Mass General Brigham. With more than 30 years of leadership in health information management, coding, and clinical documentation improvement, she has extensive experience building enterprise-wide HIM and CDI programs, leading system integrations, and driving coding quality and compliance. She has also held leadership roles at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Meridian Health, and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
