Navin Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer of Viventium, a healthcare-focused HCM and payroll platform. He has over 20 years of experience in software and SaaS, leading growth and transformation in healthcare technology.

Before joining Viventium, Navin was CEO of LifeLoop, where he helped build a category-leading platform for senior living engagement. He also held senior roles at MatrixCare, Philips Healthcare, Siemens, and United Technologies, where he led teams in product, operations, and software development.

Navin has a strong record in scaling SaaS businesses, building high-performing teams, and driving long-term growth. He holds an MBA from Indiana University, an MS in MIS from Florida State University, and a BS in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
