Okemena Ewoterai, MS, BSN, CDIP, CCS, CCDS, is the Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity at Montefiore Medical Center, where she leads CDI operations and program initiatives. With more than two decades of nursing and leadership experience, she has expertise in inpatient coding, documentation improvement, quality management, and physician education. Okemena has played a key role in implementing advanced CDI technologies, including AI-driven DRG automation and 3M 360 Encompass system integration.
