O’Neil Pyke, MD, MBA, SFHM is the Chief Medical Officer at Jackson Health System. A physician executive and practicing hospitalist, he has nearly two decades of experience in hospital management and clinical care.

Previously, Dr. Pyke served as Chief Medical Officer for Medicus Healthcare Solutions and as Assistant Professor of Medicine at The Commonwealth Medical College. He also founded and led AMP Hospitalist Consulting (now PykeLife) and directed hospital medicine at Keystone Healthcare Management, where he helped expand inpatient service lines.

In his consulting work, he has guided hospitals in patient flow strategies, physician leadership development, and inpatient service optimization. His expertise also extends to advancing cultural humility within diverse healthcare environments.
