Dr. Rishi Khakhkhar is the Chief Medical Officer and a founding team member of Counsel Health, an AI-enabled virtual care company. He is a board-certified emergency physician and leads the clinical team in developing virtual care programs that improve access and support patients with complex needs. Previously, he served as Medical Director of Virtual Urgent Care at Mount Sinai Health System and worked across emergency medicine, hospital-at-home, and mobile health initiatives. With both an MD and MBA, Rishi focuses on patient-centered, technology-driven approaches to make healthcare more accessible and affordable.
