Sam McGinnis is the Assistant Vice President of Practice Operations at Advocate Health, where he leads initiatives to improve access and efficiency across ambulatory and virtual care. With more than a decade of leadership experience at Atrium Health, Sam has helped shape programs in telemedicine, pediatrics, surgery, cardiology, and other key service lines.

He is passionate about using technology, teamwork, and innovation to make healthcare more convenient and equitable for all communities. Sam holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
