Before joining Avo, she held senior marketing roles at Ribbon Health (now H1), where she built and scaled a high-performing marketing and SDR team, and at Flatiron Health, where she led growth and retention marketing and go-to-market strategy for oncology data and software solutions.


Earlier in her career, Sasson worked in business strategy roles at IBM, driving large-scale transformation initiatives and digital strategy development.


She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Political Science from Barnard College, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
