Suma Chacko is the System Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she has more than 20 years of leadership experience. She previously served as Regional HIM Director and has expertise in health information management, CDI operations, workflow optimization, and organizational leadership. Suma holds an MBA in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Amberton University.
