Tiara M., CCDS, is a nationally recognized Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) leader and educator with over a decade of experience in CDI and more than seven years in management. She currently serves as Director of CDI at the University of Miami Health System and is a member of the ACDIS Advisory Board (2024–2027). A recipient of multiple ACDIS awards, including the 2023 Achievement Award for Professional Excellence, she is also known as @CDInurse for sharing expert CDI insights and education.
